By using the GravelBoss website, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or communicating with GravelBoss, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Services
GravelBoss provides gravel driveway repair, restoration, grading, drainage correction, stone replenishment, annual maintenance, LiDAR grade scans, and related services in Northeast Ohio. Estimates and project recommendations are based on available information and may change if property conditions differ from the initial assessment.
Estimates and Proposals
Website estimates, instant estimates, and preliminary price ranges are informational only. A final proposal may require an in-person walkthrough, property access, driveway measurements, site-condition review, material availability, and confirmation of scope. GravelBoss may correct pricing or scope errors before accepting a project.
Scheduling and Access
Scheduling depends on weather, ground conditions, crew availability, material availability, and safe equipment access. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, remove vehicles and obstacles when requested, and identify gates, low wires, soft ground, drainage structures, septic components, landscaping, pets, or other conditions that may affect access or work.
Deposits, Payment, and Collections
Deposits, progress payments, final payments, accepted payment methods, and due dates are stated in your proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, payment is due when invoiced. Late or unpaid balances may result in paused work, collection activity, recovery of collection costs where permitted by law, and refusal of future service.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may request to cancel or reschedule by contacting GravelBoss. Deposits may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on materials ordered, scheduling commitments, mobilization, administrative work, and any terms stated in your written proposal or invoice. GravelBoss may reschedule work due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, supply delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Property Conditions and Utilities
Heavy equipment work can reveal or be affected by hidden property conditions, including buried debris, soft soils, poor base material, drainage failures, unmarked private utilities, irrigation, invisible fence lines, septic systems, culverts, sinkholes, tree roots, and undocumented prior work. You are responsible for disclosing known conditions and arranging required utility marking before work begins.
Service Guarantees
Any GravelBoss guarantee applies only if it is included in a written proposal, invoice, or agreement. Guarantee terms may vary by service tier, site conditions, weather events, drainage limitations, vehicle use, maintenance, and customer responsibilities. Guarantees do not cover abuse, extreme weather, flooding, utility work, third-party damage, neglected maintenance, changes to water flow outside our work, or conditions excluded in writing.

Program description
The GravelBoss SMS Program sends text messages to customers and prospects who request driveway, gravel, grading, drainage, quote, appointment, or customer support information from GravelBoss. Messages may include quote follow-up, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates, missed-call follow-up, customer support replies, and occasional service or promotional updates.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your request, appointment activity, project status, and customer support needs. You may receive recurring messages while your request, quote, appointment, or project is active.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for SMS messages according to your wireless plan.
Opt-out instructions
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, property information, driveway access details, and any known site hazards. Property owners are responsible for identifying or marking private utilities, irrigation, invisible fence lines, drainage structures, and other buried or hidden features not covered by public utility marking services.
Communications and Electronic Records
You agree that calls, texts, emails, website forms, estimates, electronic signatures, and electronic records may be used to communicate about your request and document service activity. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
The GravelBoss name, logo, website content, photos, videos, service names, reports, copy, designs, and other materials are owned by GravelBoss or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party services such as maps, analytics, payment processors, communications providers, scheduling tools, or external websites. GravelBoss is not responsible for third-party websites, services, outages, policies, or content.
No Emergency Services
GravelBoss does not provide emergency services through the website or SMS program. If you have an emergency or immediate safety issue, contact the appropriate emergency service or utility provider.
