GravelBoss sends SMS only after a homeowner gives consent through a website form or by verbally agreeing during an inbound phone call.

Website Opt-In

Homeowners opt in on the public GravelBoss website by visiting https://gravelboss.co/contact, https://gravelboss.co/instant-quote, https://gravelboss.co/grade-scan, or a sitewide walkthrough request form. The homeowner enters their mobile number and checks an unchecked consent box.

By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS text messages from GravelBoss about my driveway service request, including appointment scheduling, quotes, project updates, missed-call follow-up, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Inbound Phone Call Opt-In

If a homeowner calls GravelBoss at (440) 644-4004, the agent may ask for permission before sending texts. SMS is sent only if the caller agrees.

Can I text updates to the number you are calling from, ending in the last four digits I have on file?

When the caller says yes, GravelBoss logs the consent with the phone number, date, time, and call record.

Help And Opt-Out

Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
